Ticket Office Construction Begins Monday, March 30

Starting Monday, March 30, we will begin construction on a new Ticket Office at Gate G.

During this project, the ticket office will relocate to the Outside Gate A Ticket Office. They will begin operating out of that location starting Tuesday, March 31.

Please note:

• The main phone line (313-262-2008) will remain active for all general questions.
• Guests seeking assistance in person can still park in the 20 minute or Ford Field Parking Deck and enter Gate G Level 1. Security can provide directions to the Gate A Ticket Office.

Ticket Representatives are available Monday-Friday from 10:00am-6:00pm at the Ford Field Box Office.
