This ticket is a revocable license that only grants one-time entry into the stadium and a seat/standing location for the specified game or event, including any related events/programming (“Event”) with no right of re-entry. The person seeking entry pursuant to this license, and any accompanying minors (“Holder”), agrees to these terms and conditions (“Terms”) and by purchase, acceptance and/or use of this ticket, Holder acknowledges having read and understood the Terms and agrees to be bound by them. Failure to comply with the Terms will result in forfeiture of this license and all related rights without refund, and entitle the stadium, The Detroit Lions, Inc., the NFL and, as applicable, the Event promoter (individually and collectively, “Management”) to pursue all legal remedies. Admission may be refused or revoked and Holder may be ejected in Management’s sole discretion.
ALL TICKETS SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY if admission is refused or revoked, the ticket is cancelled for capacity limitation, or the Event is cancelled and not rescheduled for any reason, is a refund of up to the “face value” ticket price set by Management (“Face Value”). Management’s liability for any breach of the Terms shall not exceed Face Value. HOLDER IS NOT ENTITLED TO ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING ANY AMOUNT PAID IN EXCESS OF THE VACE VALUE FOR THIS TICKET. Any dispute, claim, or cause of action related to the ticket or Event shall be resolved by final, binding and confidential arbitration in Wayne County, Michigan, arbitrated on an individual basis, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction thereof. HOLDER UNDERSTANDS, ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THEY ARE WAIVING THEIR RIGHT TO A COURT OR JURY TRIAL AND ANY RIGHT TO A CLASS ACTION.
The Event date, time, and gate openings are subject to change by Management in its sole discretion, and no change will entitle Holder to a refund or any other remedy, even if Holder cannot attend for any reason. Holder may be relocated in the sole discretion of Management, and relocation does not entitle Holder to a refund or any other remedy if relocated to a seat of comparable Face Value.
Holder must comply with all Event and Management policies, including without limitation policies addressing security, fan conduct, health, safety, and bags. Holder and Holder’s belongings may be searched or assessed. Prohibited items may be confiscated and/or Holder’s admission may be denied or revoked at any time at Management’s sole discretion. Holder consents to searches and assessments and waives all related claims. If Holder does not consent to searches and assessments, Management has the right to deny or revoke admission without refund. Management reserves the right, without refund, to eject, deny, or revoke admission of any person who it solely determines poses a health or safety risk, violates these Terms or any Event policies, or is otherwise disorderly or dangerous (or complicit therein).
Holder agrees not to create, transmit, display, distribute, exploit, misappropriate or sell (or aid therein): (1) in any form, any description or account (whether text, data or visual, and including without limitation play-by-play data) of the Event (“Descriptive Data”) for any commercial or non-personal purpose; (2) any images, videos, audio or other display or public performance or reproduction of any portion of the Event (“Works”) for any commercial or non-personal purpose; or (3) livestreams of any portion of the Event (“Livestreams”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Holder agrees that by causing this ticket to be scanned upon entry to the Stadium, Holder shall be deemed to have signed this ticket and granted to Management an exclusive worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, royalty-free license to all rights associated with any Works, Livestreams, and, to the extent permitted by law, Descriptive Data. Holder grants irrevocable permission to Management and their respective sponsors, licensees, advertisers, broadcasters, designees and agents to use, publish, distribute and/or modify a Holder’s image, likeness, voice, actions and statements in any medium including, without limitation, audio, video, or images of the Event for any purpose without further authorization or compensation, and waives all claims and potential claims relating to such use unless prohibited by law. Collection, use, and/or disclosure of Holder’s data by Management related to this license, Event attendance, or use of the websites, mobile applications, and other online or offline services of Management, including without limitation video surveillance, personal recognition technology, and the stadium wi-fi network ("Services"), are subject to the privacy policy at: www.fordfield.com/privacy-policy, which details how Holder’s personal information may be used and how to exercise any related legal rights. By purchasing, accepting, and using this ticket, Holder agrees the terms of the Privacy Policy.
HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS, HAZARDS AND DANGERS incident to the Event, including personal injury (including death), exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses or causes thereof, or lost, stolen or damaged property, whether before, during, or after the Event, however caused, and hereby waives all claims and potential claims relating to such risks, hazards and dangers. On behalf of Holder, including their heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, next of kin, Event companions, Holder knowingly and voluntarily waives, releases, and covenants not to sue Management, including each of their respective direct and indirect affiliates, administrators, designees, licensees, agents, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, with respect to any and all claims that Holder may have or hereafter accrue against Management related to any of the risks, hazards and dangers described above, including without limitation any and all claims that arise out of or relate in any way to Holder’s (i) entry or presence in or around the stadium and the Event or compliance with Event policies, Management policies or the Terms, whether caused by any action, inaction or negligence of Management or otherwise. HOLDER UNDERSTANDS THAT THEY ARE RELEASING AND WAIVING CERTAIN POTENTIAL RIGHTS HELD BY HOLDER.
Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, duplicate or counterfeit tickets and may refuse to honor such tickets. Tickets may not be used for, or in connection with, any commercial or trade purpose including without limitation advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, gambling or gaming, without the express written consent of Management. Use of this ticket in violation of any law is strictly prohibited and will result in revocation and/or forfeiture without refund.
If any provision of this revocable license is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed severed and not affect the enforceability of any other provisions, which shall be enforced as if the revocable license did not contain the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision.
