  • 5/7: 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM

  • 5/11-5/17: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • NOTE: Please follow registration information for correct gate to enter.  All other gates are closed.

  • Open: 8:00 AM
  • Close: 7:00 PM

Entry Procedure

  • Upon entry, there will be a non-contact temperature check.
  • Entry will not be permitted if temperature is 100.4 or above.
  • Following a passed temperature check, there will be a series of health screening questions that must be answered prior to registration.
  • Upon passing the health screening questions, there will be a line to Registration
  • NOTE:  Please stop at the Help Desk by entry doors if you require mobility assistance.

ACCESSIBILITY & TRANSLATION ASSISTANCE

  • Visit Help Desk inside Gate A & G if any assistance is needed including translation services and wheelchair assistance.
  • 20 Minute Lot at St Antoine/Beacon intersection will be available for ADA drop offs and guests needing wheelchair assistance.
  • Gem Theater Garage & Ford Field Parking Deck has ADA parking available.

Vaccine eligibility:

  • Pfizer Vaccine: Ages 16+
  • Johnson & Johnson Vaccine: Ages 18+

 

Second dose:

Your second dose appointment will be 21 days (3 weeks) after your first dose. It is automatically scheduled for the same day of the week and at the same time as your first appointment, with the few exceptions listed below. As a reminder, your second dose date may also be written on the back of your CDC Vaccination Record card. 

Walk-ins

We are now accepting the following Walk-ins (no appointment needed) at Ford Field through the end of clinic operations on Monday, May 17:

  • Single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine (must be 18 years or older)
  • People who need to complete their second dose of the Pfizer vaccine, even if their first dose was administered somewhere else
  • First dose of the Pfizer vaccine are now being offered again. The second dose will be directed to a local Meijer

Walk-in hours at Gate G are between 8 AM – 7 PM as long as there are doses available.

Lost vaccination card:

If you received your first dose at the FEMA Clinic at Ford Field and have misplaced your CDC Vaccination Record card and have not yet received your second dose, please come to Ford Field for your second dose appointment 21 days (3 weeks) after your first dose. It is automatically scheduled for the same day of the week and at the same time as your first appointment, with a few exceptions that can be found under Second Dose. The registration staff will assist with replacing your CDC Vaccination Record card during your second dose appointment.
